    The generous space in the Beautiful Studio provided ample room for our family. The kitchenette proved handy for late-night snacks and drinks.

    We dealt with several issues during our 13-night stay. Cockroaches in the room were a major concern, causing us to request a room change, ignored. The shower's water had a persistent plastic smell, the kettle needed a swap, and broken window blinds remained a hassle for two days. Day-to-day cleaning was inconsistent, lacking on crucial check-out day, and the lack of kitchenware made simple meal prep frustrating. The balcony railings were unstable, raising safety concerns with kids around.

    We decided to go for the studio deluxe, instead of the studio. The studio deluxe is a great choice and excellent value for money, we had a great sea view from the 8th floor, breakfast was good and diverse, cocktails at the bar very good, dinner with a wide range of foods and really tasty too, close to the beach, all was great!

    at night we could hear the beats from the night club. it wasn't all that disturbing, but not really ok either.

    Overall it is a fabulous hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was unbeatable to the Botanical Gardens in Balchik. It has qualified and helpful staff and perfect views. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is excellent...

    The mineral indoor pool in the spa was a highlight for relaxation, and the breakfast spread was very nice, catering to all tastes.

    Great hotel, very friendly staff. I staied at several 5 stars hotel during time in Europe and this hotel is one of the best, considering the value for the money. Albena might be a little too quiet for some people, but the hotel is for sure "the best in town".

    Staff always caring.

    Huge rooms and large with excellent breakfast, a great view plus brand vodka all week are drings bill. Location just off an island and the Albena center.

    my words are speechless the hotel is fantastic not even 1 complaint. the room was very big and comfort, the staff at the reception were very kind and helpfull. the outside swimming pool is hugh but we didnt use it bec. was still cold.total everything was splendid we shall come again for sure.

    A Mixed Bag But Worth a Visit

    The beach proximity is fantastic. Our Beautiful Studio provided a spacious retreat after a long day of activities. Dining had a great variety, especially for children. For future guests, ensure you speak to senior staff if issues arise, they are more helpful.

    The spa facilities and standard of accomodation was first class. The food was also good and the hotel was really well managed and very good value for money. The hotel would be considered of a high standard anywhere in the world and I would have no hesitation in recomending it.

    Resort was almost entirely closed in October only two hotels open and no bars or restaurants. we did however have a superb beach almost to ourselves.

    The room was better than expected, we had a small kitchen area, two large beds, a settee, dinning table and chairs, a large balcony, a large shower plus a bath and two toilets, yes two.

    The evening meal was a good selection of food, but the food that should have been hot was luke warm but apart from that it was good. Breakfast was good

    A great selection for a short stayover in Albena with excellent value for money. The pools were fantastic and not overcrowded. Bring a water bottle for easy access to drinks by the pool.

    This was our second stay at this hotel for this year. The only negative issue about this hotel is the quality of stuff, which is not so helpful as you would expect from a five star hotel.
